Pickup Hours

Items smaller than 15 gallon as well as agaves and succulents are not eligible for delivery services and must be picked up at the farm.

Our farm is open on for pickup orders Monday-Saturday between 8am-3pm (weather permitting & excluding holidays). Orders must be submitted and items tagged/selected by no later than 2:30pm in order to pickup that same day. Customers can either come out to tag the trees themselves using our self-serve tagging process or orders can be submitted online ahead of time.

Customers should allow 24 business hours if they would like Treeland to tag trees for them. To speed up the loading process for online orders or pre-tagged trees, customers can call us on their way to pick up, and we'll have the trees pulled in advance. We begin accepting calls at 8am each day. If payment is made in advance, we can also have the items pulled and ready for pickup before the customer's arrival.
